Race
Information
The 5K, 10K, and 20 Mile courses are run through some of the
most beautiful and well-known areas in the Upper Mid-West. These great races prepare runners for the Twin Cities’
Marathon or for the Twin Cities’ 10 Mile. All of the courses are
fast, flat and quiet. The three
races will start at the high school. All finishers will receive
a long sleeve shirt and plenty of food and goodies. Just a
reminder to everyone that, due to parking issues, the location
of the race start was changed for the 2008 season. It is now on
the east side of White Bear Lake High School, North Campus.

Course Information
The 5K and 10K courses
were redesigned for the 2009 season. Each course has a
large percentage of its run next to Bald Eagle Lake. The 20
mile course has a 5 mile tour of White Bear Lake Township, does
two laps around Bald Eagle Lake, and has a fast finish to White
Bear Lake High School. Registration and finish line are located
on the east side of the high school.
