Saturday:
10:00am - Packet pick up and walk up registration opens at Scheels in the Apache Mall
4:45pm - 5k Packet pick up and walk up registration closes
5:00pm - 5k Start in front of SCHEELS in the parking lot
6:00pm - Packet pick up and walk up registration for all other events closes

Sunday:
6:00am - Race registration and packet pick-up begins near the shuttle loading zone outside by the Scheels main entrance
6:00am - Shuttles begin taking runners from Scheels to their appropriate start line
7:10am - Last shuttle for the 10k leaves the Scheels parking lot
7:30am - Last shuttle for the Half Marathon leaves the Scheels parking lot
7:30am - Registration and packet pick up ends
7:30am - 10k Race starts at Bamber Valley Elementary School
8:00am - Half Marathon Race starts at Rochester International Airport
9:45am - 10k award ceremony
10:40am - Half Marathon award ceremony
10:45am - Kids 1 Mile Race begins
12:15pm - Post race festivities conclude
