Olympic Course - (1.5k Swim, 40k Bike, 10k Run)
Swim: Wetsuits will be allowed (and encouraged) per USAT rules and regulations. Participants will swim in a clockwise direction around a rectangular shaped swim course keeping all buoys to your right. Buoys will mark the course and there will be a lead kayak as well as boat and lifeguard support along the way. All participants will receive an official Liberty Triathlon swim cap which must be worn during the swim portion of the event. Participants will exit the water and traverse a short grassy stretch to the transition area where they mount their bikes.
Bike: Start at Lake Rebecca, bike to the entrance and turn left or go south on Highway 50. Go south and the road turns into CR 17 and goes through Delano and south down to CR 6 (~Mile 8.5). Turn left on CR 6 and go about 2 miles and turn right on CR 92. Go south on CR 92 for about 2 miles and turn right onto CR 26 (Long course goes straight, watch the signs). Go about 1 mile west on CR 26 and turn right on CR 20. Go about ¼ mile and turn left on CR 17. Go north on CR 17 through Delano and continue north on CR 50 (same road) up to the park entrance and back to transition (~Mile 8.5).
Run: The race concludes with a 10K. This course is an out and back run.Aid stations will be located approx. every mile along the run course and will be supplied with the following things:

Long Course - (1.2mi Swim, 56mi Bike, 13.1mi Run)
Swim: Wetsuits will be allowed per USAT rules and regulations. Participants will swim in a clockwise direction around a rectangular swim course keeping all buoys on their right.There are two laps for the long course swim, this is done to ensure as safe a swim as possible. The swim exit will provide competitors with excellent sightlines and with the tall trees in the background, little to no glare coming into the transition area. Buoys will mark the course and there will be a lead kayak as well as boat and lifeguard support along the way. Go about 0.75 miles and veer right onto Highway 7 and stay on the shoulder area. Continue on CR 7 for about 3 miles and then turn right on CR 10. Go north about 4.5 miles and veer right around roundabout and go east on CR 20. Keep going east on CR 20 through one roundabout for about 3 miles and turn right on CR 26. Go about 1 mile and turn right onto CR 92 for the second second loop. Go about 4 miles south on CR 92 and turn right on Wildwood Avenue. Go about 0.75 miles and veer right onto Highway 7 and stay on the shoulder area. Continue on CR 7 for about 3 miles and then turn right on CR 10. Go north about 4.5 miles and veer right around roundabout and go east on CR 20. Keep going east on CR 20 through one roundabout for about 4 miles (past CR 26 where you turned right to start the second loop) and turn left on CR 17. Go north on CR 17 through Delano and continue north on CR 50 (same road) up to the park entrance and back to transition (~Mile 8.5).
